South of Broad Corner

Originally built in 1770's this Charleston house was in need of repairs and updates. Located on one of the cities most iconic corners in the South of Broad neighborhood it is constantly the subject of photo shoots and tour guide tales. The new owners wanted to maintain a sense of nostalgia and southern charm while adding modern conveniences to create a state of the art historic home for their family. It was a complete renovation to include a new kitchen, wet bar, pantry, dining room and bathrooms; many of these rooms relocated to different areas of the house creating a more efficient flow with an elegant transformation.
