Historic House Boasts a New Primary Bathroom

A downtown Charleston single with a fresh new primary bathroom. Removing the angled shower and outdated cabinetry made room for a large shower and two separate his and her sinks and vanity spaces. The space was completely re-configured with the closet space reallocated: we moved the bathroom forward creating an entry from the bathroom into the shared closet, in the original layout, there were separate his and hers closets and a hallway space to access them leaving a much smaller space for the bathroom. The new space includes natural light in both the closet and bathroom with doors to access the second floor piazza.
